Reports have spread on social media regarding the unjustified withdrawal of funds from the salary of citizen Ilkhom Barakayev by the bank, as well as an appeal by a former bank employee.
The circumstances mentioned in this appeal were studied by specialists from JSCB "Microcreditbank."
It should be noted that the objections presented in the appeal are justified, and based on the report drawn up on July 22, 2026, based on the client's application, it was proven that the former bank employee violated the rules for issuing loans. Following this, relevant documents and information were sent to the regional prosecutor's office on July 23, 2026, to provide a legal assessment of the situation.
The bank is providing all necessary information to provide an objective and legal assessment of the matter in accordance with legislative requirements.
