Regarding the use of violence against the "Kichkintoylar" NTM by the Juma branch of "Mikrokreditbank," which spread on social media, JSCB "Mikrokreditbank" reports the following.
The appeal regarding this situation was thoroughly reviewed by the bank in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
It was found that the non-state educational institution "MAHALLA KICHKINTOYLARI" was allocated a preferential loan in the amount of 1 billion 523 million soums on the basis of loan agreements signed in 2021. Relevant pledge agreements have been executed for the real estate pledged as credit security.
In accordance with the terms of the loan agreement, the bank filed a lawsuit in the manner prescribed by law due to the borrower's failure to make payments on time. The decision of the Pastdargom District Court on Civil Cases provides for the recovery of credit debt and the foreclosure of collateral.
Based on the court's decision, the enforcement document was sent to the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement. During the enforcement actions, the pledged property was put up for electronic online auctions, but was not sold due to a lack of interest from buyers.
In accordance with current legislation, pledged property not sold at repeat auctions shall be offered to the recoverer in the prescribed manner. On this basis, according to the proposal of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, legal work is being carried out to accept this real estate on the bank's balance sheet in kind.
Furthermore, due to the applicant's debts under other enforcement documents, the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement applied appropriate enforcement measures regarding pension payments and bank cards in the manner prescribed by law.
All actions of JSCB "Microcreditbank" are carried out exclusively on the basis of current legislation, court decisions, and acts of authorized state bodies. The Bank respects the rights of interested parties and reminds that in the event of a citizen's disagreement with the decisions made or enforcement actions, they have the right to review them through competent authorities or the court in accordance with the procedure established by law.
