On October 19, 2026, the opening ceremony of the international forum "Oydin Gurunglar - 2026" was held in Tashkent at the initiative of the Central Bank. On the occasion of the Uzbek Language Day, the event, which brought together representatives of science, literature, art and enlightenment, commercial banks and partner organizations, turned into a grand celebration.
At this forum, 10 books from the "Chiganok" project were presented, published with the financial support of MKBANK and in cooperation with the "Ijod Nashr" publishing house. It was also noted that further work is underway - preparations are underway to publish the books of another 20 creators.
An exhibition of books and educational projects was organized as part of the forum. Representatives of commercial banks and organizations who contributed to the implementation and development of educational projects were also awarded.
The forum program included a presentation of the "Financial Knowledge" project initiated by the Central Bank, as well as the comic "Income Against the Cyber Shipper," aimed at popularizing financial knowledge and highlighting digital security issues.
During the event, the project "Mahalla Library" and the digital platform "Bitik.online" were also presented. These initiatives are aimed at developing a reading culture, expanding the educational environment, and increasing access to knowledge sources.
The international creative forum "Oydin Gurunglar - 2026" will continue in Khiva from October 22 to 25.
