Working with citizens' appeals is one of the areas of special attention within the Microcreditbank system. Specialists working in the banking system, deeply realizing that the fate of a person lies behind every appeal, strive not to ignore the issues raised in them and, based on the results of the study, strive to resolve them positively in favor of citizens.
For example, during the last eight months of 2026, the bank received a total of 3,461 appeals through higher authorities and directly, of which 458 (13.2%) were legal entities and 3,003 (86.8%) were individuals.
Of these, 3,057 appeals were considered ahead of schedule, and more than 404 appeals were reviewed within the established timeframe.

As a result of studying the causes of appeals from the population and entrepreneurs, taking strict measures and analyzing each direction, compared to the corresponding period last year, the number of appeals under state programs, mortgages, education, micro-loans decreased by 74, commercial loans by 60, and family entrepreneurship development programs by 148.

In the decisions of the Bank's Management Board at the end of each month, the necessary instructions to the bank's regional branches regarding the effective organization of work with appeals, the prompt commencement of their execution from the day of receipt, and the on-site resolution of citizens' issues when applying to the bank are yielding positive results. This is evidenced by the decrease in the number of appeals sent to the Virtual and People's Receptions of the President compared to the corresponding period last year.

In particular, over the past period of this year, the number of appeals sent to the Virtual and People's Receptions of the President decreased by 657 compared to the same period last year.
At the same time, we have a lot of work to do in this area. Analysis shows that the largest number of appeals during the reporting period fell on the territorial departments of Namangan, Surkhandarya, Kashkadarya, Andijan, Tashkent regions and the city of Tashkent.
Of course, the data is analyzed in the context of the regions where appeals are received, and the origins of the issue are also being studied.
It should be noted that along with the analysis of appeals received directly by the bank and the elimination of systemic deficiencies, attention was also paid to the prompt consideration of appeals received by the Republican Headquarters for conducting an "Open Dialogue" between the Head of State and entrepreneurs.

Of the 111 appeals received by the bank through the republican headquarters, 36 were resolved positively, and legal clarifications were provided for 75 appeals.
In order to promptly review appeals received by the Republican Headquarters, eliminate the factors causing appeals, systemic shortcomings and problems, and respond promptly to appeals, 50 letters of recommendation were submitted to 7 structural units.
In addition, 184 mobile receptions were organized in the regions with the participation of residents and entrepreneurs, and appeals of about 1.5 thousand residents and entrepreneurs were considered. During these field receptions, 1,375 appeals were resolved positively, of which 1,188 were allocated loans totaling 37.5 billion soums, and legal clarifications were provided to the authors of 119 appeals.
Additionally, the bank's Management Board organized 63 meetings and open dialogues with entrepreneurs in the regions. Of the 635 appeals received during these meetings, 625 were resolved positively.
In short, the system for handling appeals from the population and entrepreneurs within the Microcreditbank system is reaching a new level. After all, every appeal is based on human interests, and ensuring them is the duty of each of us.
